Completing a purchase constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy in their entirety, including all disclaimers, limitations of liability, and use-at-your-own-discretion provisions described herein.
Awesome Boss provides digital business resource products ("Toolkits") delivered through the Notion platform. Each Toolkit contains strategies, guides, templates, and tools organized for a specific business type. Toolkits are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access to the resources included at the time of purchase.
To purchase a Toolkit, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide a valid name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity associated with your purchase.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed at checkout.
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to your Toolkit via a link delivered to the email address you provided. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@awesomeboss.com.
Your purchase grants you lifetime access to the Toolkit you purchased, meaning you can access and use the resources for as long as the Service is operational. "Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee of perpetual availability. We intend to maintain access indefinitely but cannot guarantee availability in the event that the Service is permanently discontinued.
If we ever discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where possible, provide you with a way to download or retain your purchased resources.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@awesomeboss.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Upon receiving a refund, your access to the purchased Toolkit will be revoked.
All content provided through the Service - including strategies, guides, templates, frameworks, checklists, recommendations, and any other materials contained within our Toolkits - is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in San Diego County, California, in accordance with applicable rules, unless you are entitled to bring a claim in small claims court.
